Could it be that religion is a progressive one from the same God. Mithra in Persian, Zoroastra, Indian and other beleives hundreds of years before the christian Christ had the idea of a saviour God. So why is Christianity so great it's just the same as many other ancient beleifs including using someone as a human sacrifice.

Because Christians don't know about this, they think that Christianity is the original religion, when, in fact, it is stolen from ancient pagan religions.

Because it's not just a human sacrifice. It is God Almighty coming to earth and walking in the form of a man, enduring the same things we endure, being tempted in the ways that we are tempted and yet not sinning. Not just a human, but God Almighty who could have just wiped us all out with the snap of His fingers showing His mercy and sympathy. And finally dying a death to pay for sins that He did not commit.
That's why it's so great.
I think these others were God's way of preparing the world to accept Him in the form of Jesus Christ.

How many of those that you mentioned took the sins of the world upon their shoulders, died, was buried, went to hell for 3 days, retrieved not only the keys to heaven, but all those who died before his birth,resurrected bodily,walked, ate, talked and slept for 40 days and nights before ascending to heaven and his kingdom, and gave humanity the gift of everlasting life? Only one has done that and that is Jesus Christ God Almighty.
