It said i've encountered C00D11DF this problem. I dont know what to do. It said i should have a look at Troubleshooting section for the solution. But i cant find the right one. Can anyone help me? Because right now, i cannot play any music files. I'm using the newest version for XP

The best way is first go and download new version of Media Player. Then uninstall the Media Player you got. Delete History/Cookies etc.

Now reinstall new downloaded Media Player. Re-start and run.

I am sure this will solve your problem.

k heres what u do go to microsoft.com download the newest WMP make sure the file ur tryin to play is a .avi .wmv .wmp .mp3 and try to find the div X decoder its free u can download it and it makes more files work

get winamp and/or VLC media player. They are both free and very good. Just a suggestion
