here it is I have blacks from the hood living behind my home and are taunting me and my dog, they come on the property althought they have been warned, trespassing and I will proscute, took pics of them on the property, police dept does nothing, even tried assulting me, still no charges, threatened me and my dog, well at this point I have to take manners in my own hand, any suggestion? Please read my profile as I am limited on what I can do, I will be sitting outside with my cam today vidoe taping them again all day, any suggestions Pleases

As others have said just keep on doing what you are doing..... in a way.
-The trespassing thing...... usually to make it easily prosecutable is to post a sign.
-In addition to the pictures write everything down. What, whens and howfores of when things happen. This includes each time you call the police and at what time. What was said and who showed up. This will go a long way in court.
-Expand your calling to various local politicians in your area.
-Call the state police and ask what you can do. They will have someone who deals with this sort of thing.
-If they are renting find out who owns the property. If the landlord gets enough noise complaints or whatnot he may choose not to renew the lease. I won't get into it but ultimately you could sue him.
-Basically just make a nuisance of yourself. Someone will do something to make this go away. And regardless you will be able to show that you really tried to find somebody who can help......... just keep people off of your property.
But while you are doing this do nothing that might harm your case!

IN THE US (CA.)...
Call the cops. Have the police give them a "no trespass" warning, its their job. If they trespass again they are citeable or arrestable. When they arrive, you place them under citizens arrest (verbally of course) and then the cops take over from there. It will be a citation of course. You will goto court and be the witness in the case.
Keep detailed records of each police contact and what the police do. Get report receipts and badge numbers from the officers each time they respond.
If the police refuse to do anything, contact your city councilman immediately and explain your case. Councilman love to get on the police's back.

The very fact that you had to mention what colour your neighbours were, tells me a lot about you. Why would we have to know their race to answer this question?
You can be sure that if you take things into your own hands YOU will be charged.
Video taping them all day? Sounds like you are a little obsessed. I would suggest that you continue to contact the police with your complaints and eventually they will get fed up of attending your residence and someone will get arrested.

If you stay on the cops long enough, they will do something about the neighbors just to quiet you down. Keep the film going, but check your local laws about audio recording. In some states, audio recording without consent is a felony.

Keep contacting the police and insist they come to your home. Tell them you are being threatened. If you call them EVERY time this happens, they will soon do something about it.
Meanwhile, get a restraining order.

You can file lawsuits against the city you are in if their Police department is failing to respond to your problems. You can also file charges at your local courthouse against them since the police aren't doing this for you.
