Why doesn't joost work?

I downloaded joost and each time i try to play a video it comes up with error 121. Any ideas what to do?

If this is your PC on a home network, try the Forums.

If this is work PC / work network, chances are the Network Admins have blocked it (and you will soon be explaining to your boss exactly why watching TV during work hours is a good idea)
