Umm... no one cut their stomach es- they have animals naturally, like humans! Mostly- its just like how a human does- but if you dont know this..... then you must be too young! How old are you by the way??

It depends on what animal really. With most animals the male gets on top of the female and does his thing.
No one cuts them open to get them to have babies, they give birth to them naturally.

I know English Bulldogs most times have their puppies by C-Section as the puppies shoulders are too wide for a natural birth. This one that I know is different, there may be others.
