Hello

This is an error with the site http://www.adobe.com

The issue has been present for the last four months or so, yet despite repeated email contact and communication, the company has yet to fix the issue with the website.

I myself contacted that almost a year ago and the problem remains.

However there is a solution that should work.

You are advised to use Internet Explorer. *
Delete your cache | Temporary Internet files
Delete your Internet Cookies

Now go to the Install page and follow the instructions

On the "Installation Complete" page, if the red cross is present you are asked to refresh the page.

Keep refreshing the page ** until the flash media Installation complete movie plays. If after five to ten refreshes the installation complete log has not played it is suggested you re start the installation.

* Internet Explorer seven
** Took me five attempts

I also suggest you email adobe to make them aware of the problem

You might as need the latest form of java:

http://www.java.com

All the best

You must delete History/Cookies etc. Then if you have anti virus just run before you install for safe side. After that reinstall both Flash and Shock players.

Do you have Java installed? if not you better have.

I hope this will help you.

You could check for virus or spyware...
Try downloading the .exe from the official site...
Flash paper is different to flash player...
They're plug-ins!!!

Goodluck with that- happy to help :D
