Footprints InThe Sand
Pagan Version

One night i had a wonderous dream.
I dreamt i was walking along the beach with the Goddess.
And on the shore were her footprints and nothing more.
Then suddenly prints i did see,
I asked the goddess, "What kind are these?
These arent my knees, these arent my hands, these arent my footprints in the sand !
"My child", She said in somber tones,
"For miles i carried you alone.
I challenged you to walk in faith,
but you refused and made me wait".
"You would not learn, you would not grow,
The walk of faith you would not know,
So i got tired, I got fed up,
And there i dropped you on your Butt.
"Because in life, there comes a time
When one must fight, and one must climb,
When one must rise and take a stand,
Or leave their butt print in the sand"...

Please see this as light hearted...............

Why should I be mad?! He is always there whether there are 2 sets of footprints or 100!

No because I would think of the famous "Footprints" poem and think God was just carrying me. I also don't think is a physical entity so that means he would not have footprints. I believe He is with me at all times so I would not be mad.

nope! cause the footprints are his and that he actually is carrying me while jogging, How hard could that be?

Only God's love would allow that

I would never expect to see God's footprints anywhere. I'd think that would be spooky.
