White people. There are no demographics of that.
Demographics of declared atheists and agnostics is roughly 5-7% in the US, so maybe 3-5% are white.
Those who "deline to state" can't be classified as anything. That's another 5-7%.

It depends a lot on how you ask the question in a poll. 1% is way too low. The US is about 13% non-religious and that number is pretty consistent. That is atheists and agnostics. Now you can ask the question to get separation in so many different ways that it is hard to tell.
If you demand that they self identify themselves as an atheist, few do and that is where you get the 2% type of figures, but the number is growing since the stigma is starting to wear off a little. If you ask generic questions about the existence of God, you usually come out somewhere around 7-8%.

Get real. The organised religions are hemorrhaging people and all the breeding in the world won't save you.
Just look at the US census, between 1990 and 2001 the "No Religion/Atheist/Agnostic" (stupid to lump them all together but the best numbers I could find) jumped from 8.4% to 15%

Athenist? As in the worship Athens? I have no idea.
Atheist comes from theist. It means not theist. I've seen figures ranging from 1-3%.
This is only within the US. Unfortunately, the US lags behind other nations in math and science. The fact that Europe surpasses us in these areas seems reasonable when you realize they have 50% atheism.

Less then one percent. And that figure is going down all the time because of immigration, most immigrants are religious including the 10 to 12 million Spanish that are 99.9% Catholic.

I've never been to Athens, Greece, but I believe it exists.
Athens, GA; Athens, NY and Atenas, Costa Rica I've been to, if they count.
