Try steak with potatoes, glass of juice/milk, a chocolate/breakfast bar. That should keep u moving through out the day.
I hate eating cereal, cuz i know it wont get me through half a day..it sooo not hunger quence

I used to run track. A couple of eggs, scrambled and preferably with a little cheese, and a bagel with cream cheese. It's a good balance of proteins and carbs. Especially if you normally don't eat breakfast. I always shyed away from milk because of the curdling and if you have to puke at the meet, it won't be pretty.

well you are going to need a lot of energy, but you don't want to be weighted down with a lot of food, for obvious reasons, it's tacky to throw up at a track meet......anyway ..power bars or meal replacement bars ,and whole milk will get you going, high energy drinks don't last very long, so you need high protein and low carbs,.......have a good meet

eggs n toast. eat stuff with alot of proteins. and drink soy milk too~ yummy xD try having wholemeal bread with the eggs. happy eating =) you can try making simple egg sandwich. 3 layered egg sandwich with lettuce, tomato slices n eggs. if you still have some space in your tummy, you can drink a glass of soya milk. =)

Breakfast of champions! (eggs) and go with some steel cut otemeal its "the food" of athleats. oh and some juice
