Some of our political leadership ( including some non political heads ) constantly live in fear of terrorism as they are not judicious to general public.
They at times ask questions which reflect fear of their minds
Should these people be judicious

Natural Justice should be done to all. Natural justice also means punish the unjustified acts !!!

A government can be judicious to it's citizens.But when it is trying to be judicious,it can not satisfy every individual which appears that it is not judicious to all.Terrorism is a fear factor to all, not only to the bad but also to the good.So fear about terrorism doesn't justify ones character.

The ultimate responsibility of providing justice to victims lies with governments only.
Governments has all controls on various institutions. The govt machinery provides ears and eyes for effective operations of all organs in governance. The machinery must interact with common public.
Any negligence on the part of government on human rights may prove dangerous for peace in any nation.

Yes they should, I feel Judges need to leave there political opnions at home, theres no place for that in a court room.

Political leaders must be fair to any person in order that there will be no inequalities prompting those that are oppressed to get back at them through assassination or death threats.
