Eating a lot of food will just make you fat if you don't exercise your muscles. Even if you take steroids (which are not good for you) you still have to work those muscles. There is no easy way.

you NEED to do some sort of weight lifting/exercise but you can increase your protien intake. Foods like eggs, nusts, milk, tuna, and peanut butter are very high in protien. you can also buy whey protien from walmart or gnc. but you HAVE to exercise to build muscle mass

OK first you don't wont to eat 2 much then you will have fat over your mussels and that just sucks but u your need to lift weights you can get some dumbbells problem the changeable weight size. and get some ankle weights to get legs mussel if you go to http://fitnessmagazine.com/ it shows you how to get theses mussels. hope this helps Jamie
