I was writing a note in word and all of the sudden the page was moving right and left and while typing I found that I am jumping to the lines above .This mostly happen when I type a little fast.My question though how to stop the jumping when I type and secondly how can I fixe the Margin.Thank you

I can answer your margin question. Look at the top of your blank Word screen. There is a grid with numbers about an inch apart across the top. On each side of the numbers is a little icon thing that's shaped like a tent. Put your cursor just over the "tent" on each side of the document, until you see the double sided arrow, and the words "right margin" or "left margin" appear beside your cursor.

If you're a fast typist, you may have accidentally hit some command that's causing the jumping. That problem could be any number of causes.

I don't think incorrect margins is your problem.
Go to view then zoom and then change to 100% or 75%.
Your words will appear a little smaller but you will have the page moving.

if u want a book like print go to file menu - keep all the margins to equal size. i keep top, left, right, bottom to 1 inch. next under gutter keep it 0.5 inch. some people use mm as measurement. to change this setting go to tools menu - options - general tab - measurement units. after this u can take prints and make them like book
