I take mine just whenever I want to feel refreshed and clean.I guess if you have only one bath or shower at your house you might have to schedule bath times if you have a big family.But ordinarily there is no set rule.

i take mine after i work out in the health spa..i swim, whirlpool, sauna, and shower and go home...this is how i end my day.
I sleep better when i am clean and refresed.
I am retired so I don't have a job to go to..
