is it possible for me to get clear, smooth skin?

if so, how? because my skin is digusting. there's acne, scars, facial hair, deep pores, blackheads, and disgusting stuff everywhere. whenever i rub lotion on my face it feels gross because my face is so bumpy and i feel all of my acne and it gets me angry to know my skin sucks.

i want beautiful clear smooth skin, is there a surgery or anything that will gurarantee clear smoot skin??

im desperate. i would kill for a day with beautiful skin because i've never had it my entire life.

i cant even talk to people.

i feel extremely sad, and hurt by this.

Ok, This is what I use. It has worked so well for me that I can not even tell you how good I feel when I look in the mirror and have my skin glowing and clear and smooth as a babys bottom! It is called Olay Total Effects. It is an anti blemish. Anything else I've used has made me break out more. It is only $6.88 at walmart. I also use the new Dove Skin Vitalizer with the Dove Glowing skin attachment pads that you can buy for it. I first use the Olay, twice a day. At night, after the second time I've used the Olay, (and I let it set on my face for about 5 minutes, or while I shave my legs) then I use the Dove skin vitalizer. It works great. Plus, it does not dry out your face, or make it feel tight and itchy cause it is too dry. Nope, doesnt do that at all. I love it, I will never go back to anything else. If you make a promise to try every day twice a day to work on your face you can have better skin.

I am not sure what acne regime to suggest to you -
but perhaps we should just start simply at the drug store.
If you find these products do not help then see an MD and he will help you see a skin doctor or perhaps give you some medicine to help -

You will need a clean wash cloth.
Wet it and heat in microwave for double warmth.
Sit down and relax and repeat if it gets cool.

Wash your face with an acne soap.
Pat dry. Now lets exfoliate find an acne/black head exfoliant and do this rubbing in soft circular motions. Rinse.

Take Witch Hazel and apply it to a cotton ball.
and dab over face. (avoiding eyes).

Apply an acne cream to your acne areas.

I suggest finding a good serum with Hyalurnic acid it's pure and natural and helps with cell turn over, skin indentations and spots -

Once a week you need a very deep cleaning mask.

Do not do it on a day you exfoliate but do it on a clean face.

Repeat the washing at night with acne wash/toner and creams. If it helps to do the wash cloth trick too do it as it's a soft exfoliant and opens pores.

Try Proactive. My brother had horrifying acne and NOTHING worked. He used all the antibiotics, creams, lotions, potions, dermatologists etc. He tryed this as a last resort and his skin is almost clear after 3 months of use. He still has some scars from the really bad acne but his skin is 100 times better than it was. He has virtually no more acne and rarely has breakouts.

Bicarbonate of soda that normally goes into cakes make it into a paste with very warm water smoother it on your face rubbing it in well less so if your skin is sensitive and leave it on for 10 mins, To begin with will make your skin soft & radiant & in time it will hopfully clear up your problems! xx Also since you have dry skin aswell mouisturise it after this treatment aswell.

i feel ur pain, i have mild acne and i suggest you go to ur doctors and they presecribe you with antibiotics called oxytetracycline, then try using benzoyl peroxide ( u can get this over the counter) then you could try microdermabrasion which is a facial treatment that removes the top layer of your skin and exfoliaites dead skin cells. it is painless and this rele works for ppl with severe acne and it costs around £65.
