What has always worked for me, is my strong faith in God and Jesus...I will not abuse sex, as it is a sin...outside of my marriage would be fornication and adultry., so my promise to my Father and His Son, would not allow me to do this. My dieting habits, although they are hard to follow, can be guided with strength, that my body is my temple, and I should put nothing but good fuel into it,...this is something that I do struggle with, but when I remember to Honor God, and Jesus, I have the reason to stick to it. As for sleep, go to bed with a clear concience, that you have harmed no one, did your best for the day,...you were honest, and have a glass of wine, say your prayers, and you will be fine,...with God, and Jesus, all is well!

Precise answers are impossible for those aspects. Did you expect something like: sex, 2 times a week; 2000 calories a day; at least 6 hours a night? There are no right or wrong answers because everyone has different requirements.
The key to life is moderation. Don't let sex become an obsession. Eat when you're hungry and not when you're bored. And sleep as much as is necessary for your body.

sorry this wont be precise...
Draw yourself up some strict guidlines with no grey areas. Things that you know you can stick to and you will. eg, you will NEVER purchase anything out of a vending machine. eg: If it is 11 oclock .. even a second after turn off your computer and get to bed.

Getting Married helped me.
Can only have sex when the wife wants it,
have to cook what she wants to eat,
and the conversations gets so boring it puts me to sleep.
