I have to admit my favourite soap is Neighbours. It's great "switch off your mind" T.V. I find a few other popular ones too depressing. Give me 25 minutes of Neighbours any day!

The best ever episode I have ever ever watched was the superbly funny Eastenders where Fat Pat was caught stealing money from the Vic by Shazza. Class pure comedy genius especially when fat pat started to cry - hilarious

"Soap" a show that was a parody of soap operas. I believe that show was Billy Crystal's breakout role. The show was outrageous, in it's time. But now some of the things that we used to think were outrageous are now common soap story lines.
