if SOLHAM OIL CO.,LTD HIRED me why they ask a money for my visa?

if they hired me why they ask me to apply tourist visa not working visa, and as my understanding if somebody hire monpower they are the one who responsible for the visa and ticket....

You are absolutely correct and I smell a rat in the whole thing. Investigate thoroughly before doing anything like paying money or buying a ticket.

If a company is unethical in the small things, like visa issues, then it is undoubtedly unethical in the larger things, as well. In this case, the entire thing looks like a scam.
