Yes, I almost always mean what I say and say what I mean. I try not to be mean with what I say though.

I mean what I say, but do you hear what I meant?
It's all a matter of interpretation. Sometimes, I hear what is being said, but understand something different, depending on the body language and the words used.
Duke Ellington had it right -
"It ain't what you say, it's the way that you say it
That's what gets results!"

Depends.. If I say I hate someone in my family that's so not true.. I don't mean something if I set a target and say I will do it on a certain time.. I usually never get to it

I rarely mean what I say (especially when I'm nasty...things just fall outta my mouth) or say what I mean (hard to voice what's in my head).

I think I do, but it doesn't always come out that way because it depends on who is hearing it and how they hear it
