I picture the interviewer as being naked. Makes me smile. Seriously, just be yourself and picture in your mind you actually getting the job and being congradulated. Visualize you shaking the interviewer's hand, filling out personell papers. How nervous would you be if you KNEW you had the job? You would simply be chatting with someone. Do this visualization first before the interview everyday several times, at least a week before. You'll ace it I promise you.

My experience has been to sit on my hands and take 3 slow deep breaths, holding in for 5-10 seconds, if they are doing most of the talking. Also, prepare a list of questions for them when at the end they usually say "Do you have any questions?" Also, consider ahead of time what may be asked of you, and have answers prepared. This gives me a little confidence in knowing that I am less likely to be caught offguard. Good luck!

Stop, take a deep breath. Smile at the interviewer and say honestly, "I really think I could do this job well." Pause, and then say, "What else can I answer for you?"
This will give you a moment to collect your thoughts while the other person asks something else.

Well, the show has to go on. If you have to answer a question, say something like "Let me collect my thoughts for a while". Then use these few seconds to compose yourself. If you really cannot control your nerves, then ask to be excused for a toilet break. Really, I tried that before. Unfortunately, I did not get the job back then. :-P

Take a deep breath Make sure you sit on your hands or keep them under your legs OR hold the side of chair while you talk. It prevents you from mannerisms and keeps you composed. You want to be relaxed with eye contact ..
