Get some yam-zams and set them beside the bed before you go to sleep. Then, count marshmellows until 8, leave the room dark while not in it for approximately 10 minutes, then run and long jump into bed. Sing a song, and go to sleep. Your problem should be solved. Good luck!

Use your blanket like a rope and open your door. Then bounce on your bed. Then with all the strength you have bounce from your bed to the door. Bringing the blanket with you to shut the door as you fly to safety.
Good luck. Peace be with you.
