If you get up to fast I get dizzy. If it's "normal" I don't know but it's definately common

It's called postural hypotension or orthostatic hypotension and yes, it's quite common. It's due to a drop in blood pressure that causes a temporary loss of blood flow to the brain. If you do a search for these terms you will find a lot of information about this condition. You might want to ask a doctor about your situation just to ease your mind.

Hey glad 2 know there r sum others out there who feel da same way. I used 2 get dizzy wen I get up from bed or even after sitting on a chair for a long time. Guess its normal. ♫

Yes it is normal, Your blood presser drops when you lay down flat so when you stand up quickly it rises and makes you feel a bit dizzy...Don,t panic it will soon return to normal..

Well i only get that dizzy feeling if i have a headache..doesn't happen to me when i fell well...maybe you should check a doctor, if it happens a lot or everyday... ^^

yeah it's normal, the blood is rushing from your head to your legs too fast. Try crossing your legs really hard while you hold on to the wall, it will go by faster. It works for me every time.
