Without getting divorce you can't marry any guy leaves aside this Indian guy. Even this Indian guy can marry you only according to either the Foreign Marriage Act, or the Special Marriage Act, 1954 the matrimonial laws which are applicable to India citizen to marry any foreigner either outside India or in India. These laws clearly mention that both the parties should be unmarried or divorcee or widow or widower as the case maybe. The only option other then this is either you stay with this Indian guy just like a companion without indulging in legal marriage which you otherwise can't do according to the legal provisions.
