As the Earth is turning on its axis to complete one full rotation(360) it is slowly moving up and down from the Equator until it reaches TheTropic of Cancer (23.5 degrees) in the Northen Hemisphere or The Tropic of Capricorn (23.5 degrees) in the Southern Hemisphere.. It takes 12 months
for the Earth to move up then move down .That is why we get 4 seasons.

the earth does tilt at about 23 degrees and that does give us the seasons, but in the course of a day or year, no the earth does not move around that 23 degree tilt. However that 23 degree is not fixed and moves very slowly over thousands of years. for example because we tilt 23 degrees the north star appears not move because our centre of rotation points (but not exactly) to the star. but that has not and will not always be the case.
i seem to remember that we actually swing between about 23 degrees either way over a period of about 40000 years but you will have to confirm that. that would suggest in 40000 years christmas will be in summer in the northern hemisphere!

Yes it does rotate through 360° in a day but, there is a slight 'wobble' in the rotation.
It's called the 'Chandler Wobble' and is pretty much of a mystery to scientists.
