Well, it's now after 2:30 a.m. My plans were to spend a quiet evening at home, maybe watch a movie or read a little and fall asleep. As things turned out, I ended up laughing at the antics of my daughter and her friends as they prepared to go out. I then went to a friends house and spent a couple of hours sitting in the hot tub, chatting, drinking a glass of wine and generally relaxing and enjoying myself. It was a lovely evening and I'm about ready to say goodnight and head off to bed.
