They are shxt... by brother in law almost burned my house down with the damn things , hes a stupid dope head,

I love them! Turn on some chill music, put on your yoga pants and light some incense. It relaxes me so much. Try Wildberry Brand incense (you can buy it on Amazon) I personally like Opium, Cherry, and Fizzy Pop scents the best. Just chill out. Sometimes Incense can dry out my eyes, but I kind of like it, It's part of the experience, and it causes me to want to close my eyes more which I find relaxing.

I burn about 10-20 sticks a day. I love the smell, and like to watch the smoke. I burn them when I am outside in my garage, the wind carries the smoke away, but some comes into my garage and each time I smell it I smile a little bit. I placed an order for over 400 sticks just a few weeks ago on e-bay. I bought some good stuff. I like Nag Champa. If you live in the US I am willing to share just e-mail me an address and I will send you some. I will send you my address first if you are nervous.

I use incense regularly although I prefer the cones or resin. It is another form of aromatherapy and it works for me. I like frankincense, night queen, and rose. I would not be without it as I find it relaxing and cleansing.

i use the Vanilla or the Jasmine one..
Also you can buy "Incense matches" Trust me, they're wayyy better then using a lighter. Plus its less smoky and stink...

depends on the quality you buy - I have found that certain makes end up smelling like - something you really don't want to smell' - but others are wonderful for making the air smell good.
As for relaxation - nah - don't do that for me

They smell disguting,they are too overpowering and potent,so in answer to your question they are just a smoking piece of cr@p.
