Hey,

my mom's 50th b-day party is coming up and I am making a picture slideshow on DVD of her life so far. I'll play it for everyone at the party. Does anyone have any ideas for what song or songs I should play in the background of the slideshow? Thanks a lot.

So she was born 1957. so start by looking up what was the number one song on the hit parade on the day she was born, then the early 60's use the Beatles music and then find various music for the key dates of her life, first prom, graduating high school, work or uni, meeting your dad, getting married, your birth and birth of any siblings. There is a website that you can type in your birthday or any date for that matter and it will give you the number one popular song on that date. Maybe someone else knows it and can post it for you.
