Try make a conversation about anything, try talking about music or movies, etc. That might excite the other person that ur trying to make a conversation with. Make them smile.

I simply refrain from speaking, until I do have something worthwhile to say. Based on my experience, however, I am in the minority, on this. The biggest mouths tend to be connected to the smallest minds.
