If you have x-ray vision, and you can see through anything, wouldn't you see through everything and actually see nothing?

no, x rays cant go through lead for example,

The answer depends on what you define by 'x-ray vision'. The medical x-rays, as we know them, have the capacity to penetrate certain blocks like clothes, skin, blood, etc., but not through bones, lead and some other materials. If these x-rays were to pass through everything, then it wouldn't be of help in the medical field as we now know it!
So, obviously, if you could be sure of what is the extent of x-ray vision that a human eye could be capable of, then the items that could be seen through would be defined more precisely.

Yes, and that's what is really wrong with blind people. They actually have super-vision and see through everything.

No x-ray vision does not see "trough" everything, it bounce back on something, eg. bones, that's why you see the bones !

I suppose there are different degree's of vision, given you had adjustment control.

kinda true ... but u would see an outline of everything ....like the xrays of ur teeth and body... ya could see the denser parts but not the entire item
