U r about to get robbed. Cabrera is one of the best fantasy 3rd basemen(if not the best). Burrell barely breaks top 100 players. Stay cool. U might wanna upgrade @ 1st base. Besides your starting pitching is good.

Dont worry about who to drop because this would be a horrible trade for you. Cabrera is a top 2 or 3 rd baseman and while Beckett has gotten off to a very good start dont be overly fooled....he has yet to face the AL east or central and some of those lineups. Burrell is not a good fantasy option period, his low BA will kill you and he isnt any better than the guys you already have. No doubt you could use a better pitcher or 2 but dont gut the hitters to get a deal done...scan your free agent wire, there will be good pitching emerging. It happens every year, never give up a top bat for any pitcher period (hitters can help everyday, pitchers are maybe good every 5th or 6th day)

On your part don't make the trade. Josh Beckett is an amazing pitcher but he's not too good anymore and he's getting too old to pitch good anymore. Miguel Cabrera is young talent and he is a late first rounder so he's not worth even these two players, he's worth more than that. Plus you don't have any worthy third basemen on your bench to replace Miguel Cabrera's spot but you have enough pitchers as you don't need Josh Beckett and Pat Burrell is probably going to be put on your Bench anyway. This is a horrible trade on your role so don't make the wrong decision and accept it.

I would never give up a player like Cabrera when you could get similar caliber players to what you are getting off the waiver wire.
You need a top tier player in return, like one of the top 5 pitchers out there and Pat Burrell, not Josh Beckett.

reject it. Beckett is at his ultimate best right now. Statwise, he's great right now, but he faced the Royals twice, and the cold Mariners when they didn't play for 5 days and were in cold weather all this time. Wait until he faces the Blue Jays and Yankees. He'll bust and he'll be average. Burrell was is pretty good right now, but expect .260 and no more than 25 HRs, and 80 RBIs. But Cabrera is great. He's like a top 15 player. So reject.

It seems as though you are just trying to make a trade for the point of making a trade. You do not need Burrell or Beckett. And anyway Cabrera is too good to give up for those two. If you decide to make a trade you need to improve in your RP category. You only have one true closer, and he is injury prone (Benitez). You also have one too many starters, 5 is the perfect number. Any more after that and you will be overlapping and not be able to play all of them. Also, play Wiggington at Util instead of Fielder.

Don't even bother taking it. Cabrera is first rounder in most drafts. Burrell and Beckett aren't worth his value combined. That's actually an insulting trade I think. Cabrera is in a contract year also which means he'll actually try even harder to look good for big $$$.

Burrell & Beckett always get beat up in fantasy every year...Burrell with his slumps & Beckett with his blisters, I don't see much power on your team and your pitching isn't going to be strong over the season...April has been good to you but 162 games the cream will rise and you have a lot of milk.
Keep Miguel, you're gonna need him

they try to flow Larry Hughes, yet he has multiple years left on the deal. If the Nets incredibly presented Bobby Simmons, they have been stupid to not take it, because of the fact he has a shorter deal. i don't think of he may well be moved. Noah and Thomas will generate reasonable activity, Thomas greater effective than Noah, yet they could't get something important decrease back for them. The movable products are Gooden and Hinrich and that they could particularly get some fee for the two or the two a kind of adult males. they pick an excellent guy with placed up skills badly. The Kings have had their eye on Gooden for some years now, yet with the emergence of Jason Thompson, i don't think of that they had commerce Brad Miller for Gooden now.
