Does Conan O'Brien meet with fans to take pictures and sign autographs after his shows?

I'm going to see him when he comes to San Francisco and I'm wondering if I'll get a chance to meet him.

i dont know about him specifically but get to the taping early and try to sit up front. that will give u a better chance.
