i'm studing Marine Biology in university(last year) and now i have a project with the title of EVERYTHING ABOUT NANOTECHNOLOGY in jenetics or in marin bio . can anyone help me with this ?

Well, I'm not too clear what you want in an answer, but here are a few things I know about Nanotech:
1) There is an ethical debate over the uses of nanotechnology due to a concept called the "Santa Claus Machine" (nano-machines that can be programmed to build products, including more nano machines).
2) There is also the "grey goo" byproduct of nanotechnology that could have an environmental impact.
3) Nanotubes are becoming more widely used.
