There is saying Work is worship.
Worship is for God.
So hard work will imply very sincere worship.
Hence Hard work helps to achieve God
QED.
PS: But is there a God? No one know. We are made of chemicals molecule and we are controlled by laws of physics- like electromagnetic waves, sound etc. So is they God?
God Knows!! and we do not know.
In the mean while Hard Work helps to achieve success and we think that God is favouring us since we did hard work.
So continue the hard work.

I'm not too sure I understand your question.
The answer would be yes and no.
Is God hard work?? I would say No because once you know the Word "the living bible" everything falls into place and following God would not be hard work. He has made everything easy to do if we open our hearts.
Now, does God want us to work hard ? Yes, to an extent. He has made humans (especially man) to work the land. Back in the day, when we actually worked the fields to take care of our families, best believe people were working hard. As far as current times goes, he still wants us to work hard at whatever we do. Work, our relationships, spreading the word of Jesus. He expects our 100%.

No hard work is not god but the feeling of hard work may be near to god . In my opinion the good cause for any other person, who is helpless or poor or old old person ( not your relative or friend ) for whom you do the work, only in that manner u can say HARD WORK IS GOD

Do you love your work?? Honestly and truly? You love it so much that nothing else can matter to you? You cannot bear to compare anything else with your work??? That's it. If you just mumbled 'Yes'.... Work is God (Your GOD). Of course, if you care for your work so much, you'll be working hard..
Remember.. Hard work (without involvement in it) is (anything but) God. Seek not God... Simply, love what you do. If you cannot, you have just one more choice.... "Do what you love"

God is within onself. Our body is Kurushetra, a battle ground, suffering from many ill feelings. Work with a positive attitude and happy behaviour avoiding suspicion and hatred. This will bring realisation that God is within you.
