I can't sleep either. That's why I came to Yahoo Answers. If I'm going to be awake, I might as well do something constructive. Look through questions and try to help somebody. It might make you feel good and you'll fall asleep.

Drink a warm glass of milk and put the TV on a really boring movie. It will put you to sleep for sure.

My current favorite inspirational word is Believe.
I brings many things to mind when I think of it. It is on my cell phone main page and gives me pause for thought when I notice it.
Mostly it makes me remember to believe in myself and my dreams.

if 1, um SLEEP! Its not healthy to not sleep.

im with ya i cant sleep ether i can never get to sleep im normely up till 4 am this probably isnt very inspirational

Count sheep. It always ... ok, I'm lying. It never works for me. Get drunk, or use sleeping pills. BUT NEVER DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. I had a friend die from that. That kinda sucked too, cause he was cool.
