i dunno...i have 14 piercings (7x left ear, 3x right ear, nose, eyebrow, lip, monroe) & mine didn`t hurt at all...

I don't think so. I've read that the labret piercing hurts a lot for like 5-10 seconds when the needle is going through, but then it's fine. I haven't gotten a labret, though (yet), so I haven't had the experience first-hand.

no doesn't hurt a bit! i used to have mine labret pierced, but i took it out, kus it got infected. HOw did it get infected? i kept on touchin it and i had like this bumpy thing, but now its gone. If you're gonna get it pierce take good care of it and good luck =)

unless you're talking about a vertical labret piercing, it's one of the least painful.

no... i would say hood is the most painful.
