There is gravity everywhere. Every particle in the universe is pulling on every other particle in the universe. "Zero gravity" is a point where gravitational pulls from different objects cancel each other out.
The zero gravity that astronauts feel while in orbit is nowhere near a lack of gravity. The astronauts are being pulled back to Earth, but their forward velocity is so great that they don't have a chance to fall down. The downward gravitational pull combines with the perpendicular velocity to create a circular orbit that keeps them in a constant free-fall.

"Zero gravity" ("zero G-force", "zero Gs") is a term used to describe the feeling of being weightless. There are several means to accomplish weightlessness. One is by free-falling. Another is through buoyancy when submerged in a liquid. When astronauts orbit the earth they experience weightlessness because their spacecraft is in a constant free-fall state. When you swim underwater you also experience weightlessness because your body is buoyant. But while each of these experiences cancels the effect of gravity, neither "removes" gravity. So the answer to your question is no, there is always gravity in zero gravity.

In zero gravity there is very little gravity that u cant notice.

Zero gravity implies that while in space, the sum of all the forces acting on you are equal to zero.
While not completely true, it is a close approximation. EVERY body in the universe exerts a gravimetric force on you.
