It is called Grand Theft Auto. It requires one phone call to the police to report it. PS. He ain't your friend and if he kills someone while driving you will be liable.

Grand theft Auto? Seriously though, if you owe money on the car, and it is not currently in your possession, AND your friend has cut off lines of communication, your best bet would be to report it stolen. It is legally your car, and even if your friend wrecks it, sets it on fire, or sells it him/her self and pockets the profits, you will still be held liable for what you still owe. Take the steps you need to to protect yourself legally - if your friend was a real friend they would have never forced you into the position you are in, so don't protect them from the consequences of their actions.

Good luck!
