Okay i know this is crazy but i really have a crush on gerard way from the band my chemical romance but don't get me wrong i like him more for his songs and i like the whole band they realli inspire me.Just i sometimes fantasize about being with and like its crazy.I think its after i watched all his interviews and he just seemed so awesome.BUt is that crazy or normal.

Yeah it's normal but just remember, you only have a crush on your idea of what he's like, and of course his music and probably looks (i dunno what he looks like) as long as it doesn't turn into an obsession and you start stalking him, then it's perfectly normal.

Well, I certainly hope so because I've had a major crush on John Ritter since I was 13 years old. I was completely devastated when he died in 2003. I have a Memorial group online for him and post often on Findagrave. I think it is normal to a degree because in our hearts, we all want to dream about that special someone who makes us feel a certain way. We may never find that "love" in reality and sometimes fantasy can be a nice distraction from our cares and worries. It becomes a problem when the object of our desire starts to become an obsession where we cannot separate fantasy from reality and we start to neglect our responsibilities so we can focus on our fantasy man. My John Ritter Memorial group allows me to connect with other John Ritter fans who admire his talent and humanitarianism as much as I do. I spend just so much time on the group then I detach and take care of my other business. Everything in moderation. It may be a good thing to "go deeper" and try to understand the real reason why the person is so significant to you. God Bless.

Its normal for people to look up to celebrities of their same sex because of beauty, stature, or talent. I've done this my whole life.
