Just go to Korea related forums, where you can hear the voice of individuals. They clearly feel the American society is at fault for victimizing the shooter.

If an American had killed some people in Korea, Koreans would blame the Americans collectively for the behavior of the individual. Now, there is no reason that Koreans can't be held responsible for that moron's behavior.

I don't think that most Koreans are like this. Everyone knows that there was only one shooter, and no one in their right mind identifies with the bastard.

Sho's family has offered a heartfelt public message to the families of the victims, and they're getting some much deserved sympathy for their own loss.

For me, that's the end of the story. Nothing to do now but fix Virginia's gun laws. This time, folks, let's get those court orders into the system.

They don't want an apology for what happened at VT. They want an apology because some ignorant people were blaming Korean culture for the acts of one crazy individual.

i'm going to offer you a definitive no to that query. In Ezekiel 18:2-4 (KJV), God stated "(2) What recommend ye, that ye use this proverb with regard to the land of Israel, asserting, The fathers have eaten bitter grapes, and the youngster's tooth are set on facet? (3) As I stay, saith our lord god, ye shall no longer have social accumulating from now directly to apply this proverb in Israel. (4) Behold, all souls are mine; because of the fact the soul of the father, so additionally the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die. i'm no longer able to be blamed for what others till now me have completed. yet once you sense accountable over the sins of your predecessors, do some thing to compensate and tutor the worldwide what a real Christian is as Jesus taught us. And, by the way, if we are to get carry of the blame for adverse movements of our predecessors, can we additionally get the credit for all the forged that previous Christians have completed, at the same time with Albert Schweitzer, DL Moody, William Boothe (the founding father of the Salvation military), and the numerous great revivalists that delivered God's be conscious in an invaluable way?

What kind of moron are you? The Koreans do not feel that anybody owes them an apology. The Koreans were sympathic toward the murdered and their families. I honestly do not know where you are getting your information, but to me it seems like you live in a small community where opinions are not open.

Actually it is Korean community that have been apologetic to the public. Cho's family just issued first public statement that really was public 'apology.' People in South Korea held vigils and issued public statements/apologies towards victims and their families.

I haven't heard that. In fact, South Korea offered condolences and a kind of apology (I mean, it wasn't their fault) that one of theirs committed this massacre.
I've heard some Asians are concerned that others will think all Asians are like that, but that's obviously absurd. Everybody knows that race and ethnicity have nothing to do with being a mass murderer.

I've been seeing quite a few Korean-Americans or Koreans apologizing who shouldn't be. Cho murdered because he was an ill human being, not because he was of Korean heritage.

WTF are you babbling about? All the reporting I've seen shows the people of Korea in shock, and very sad. Asian people are much more sensitive about the impression people have about them as a whole by the actions of individuals. We only seem to make the connection when we're pointing a finger at others.
