All she has to do is call the phone company. You will probably be hearing from them. Stop being stupid, he doesn't want you, he wants her. Don't blame her.

Yes, it is very easy to simply contact the phone company and tell them to keep a trace on the line. Also, after you call this person, when the phone call ends or stops ringing they can dial a special number which puts a tag on your phone line. It records your phone number, time and day you called and length. Very simple to catch you. This feature has been with the phone company for many years. Often it is described in the front of your phone books. Also, phone calls are never blocked when you call toll free numbers.
No doubt you are going to have a police record after this one. You are going to do the perp walk while all the inmates yell at cat calls to you. Tears will be running down your face, it's going to be a very bad scene. You are going to wish so hard you never did this, and when you get out of jail and start to meet with a parole officer the slightest bit of trouble in your area goes down, guess who is going to be hauled in for a lineup? That's right, it will be you. Your mug shot will be seen by people who complain about suspects in the area so often, that pretty soon someone is going to say "Yeah, that's the one!" and you are going to be hauled into jail by your parole officer once again. This is a terrible, terrible thing you have done. I hope you have learned your lesson, throw yourself on the mercy of the court. Shaking my head the entire time I am writing this, shame, shame, shame!
Or, the person you called just ignored the whole thing, which in that case you are scot-free to select someone else to bother, but perhaps you have learned your lesson already. I hope so!

Yeah, I'm sure the courts can subpeona phone records and making it a private call only hides your identity from the recipient as opposed to the phone company. Everything is traceable in this day and age. I doubt you will see any jail time, maybe a fine and a misdemeanor, at the worst a restraining order. Next time try to resort to more mature means of conflict resolution and you won't have to worry about these kinds of things.

She can file a complaint with her phone company, sign forms and have phone company put trace on all calls, she can file harassment on you, and you can be in a lot of trouble. There is always a way to trace your call, and the phone company sends this report and trace to the Police.
