It's all about YOU. Choose one that relates to what you do for a living like the hospital room or choose a funky one if that suits you and your personality. I chose the geisha outfit and japanese garden because I'm half oriental and I thought it was cute.

That would be me, just updated mine and added some friends to the mix. My mood dictated my choice, don't know why but today has just been an off day for me but now that I have it I like it. Think I'm gonna keep it for few days.

The flowers and rainbow background went with my heart sunglasses.

I choose mine based on the weather and my mood. If I'm ever on YA while in the hospital or hell, I'm sure the two you mentioned will come in handy.
