Okay. We all know that he was Korean. Does that make all Koreans bad? Off topic...the question you want to ask is "do you think it's sad that ppl are stereo-typing Korean people because of what happened at Vtec?" Can people stereotype based on one person? This guy was a a looney case. He was missing some screws in his head. No normal person would go through with an action like this. I think it is normal to have hatred and anger, it's an emotion, sometimes there to protect us. To answer the question, yes I do believe that it is wrong for the public to view Koreans in a different light.

Some people are also making fun of Korean people (Cho was Korean) and pretty much everyone who possesses East Asian features.

Yes, it's extremely sad. Such behavior is ignorant. Of course it's not fair. How could it be? Do you think any ethnicity includes people who are more prone than others to commit violent acts? I'm sorry, but that kind of thinking reeks of Nazi-era racism.

China, Japan and Korea are all distinct countries with distinct cultures. They all belong to a continent (a land mass) called Asia.

Would you think if a girl who was brunette killed someone and so ppl started acting afraid of you? I think it's absolutely ludacris that ppl are doing this. Even more so that yet again I'm seeing a ? that has to do with what happened at VA Tech. I mean is it not bad enough that the NEWS has it on every damn broadcast? These families deserve a break and ppl are acting like it's just another situation normal in America! Give me a break and all the families and loved ones of the victims... QUIT GIVING THE IDIOT WHAT HE WANTED... FAME!!!

People need to realize all these tension build up by ridiculing other races, religions will blow up some day in unpredictable ways. Like school shooting or plane crash. All these hostilities don't just dissipate. It'll manifest in some way. Might be violent or might not be. But it'll go somewhere.
