Yes, very much! In spite of what many people think it's very healthy to go barefoot. The dangers are greatly exaggerated; our skin is made to keep pathogens out, we're at far greater risk of picking something up through our hands. Even glass isn't much of a risk, I walk barefoot everywhere, never divert my step no matter how much glass I see, and get a tiny splinter maybe once a year, never had a cut. I go barefoot year round, even when it's cold, I used to be coughing and sniffling from early fall until late spring. In the ten years of going barefoot I've called in sick once (for two days) and even minor sniffles are rare.
In spite of persistent myths, there are NO health laws requiring shoes in stores or restaurants, that insurance companies don't require or even recommend footwear for customers, and there are NO laws against driving barefoot.
It may also interest people that no doctors have ever cautioned me about going barefoot; the only people I've personally met who seem to believe it's dangerous have been those without medical background; managers and cashiers. Nothing offense to cashiers but I tend to trust my doctor's opinion more than my cashier's when it's about health issues. :-)

I'm all for going barefoot, and do every chance I get. I don't pay attention to the pros & cons.
