Osama was part of the Mujaheddin fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 80's during the Cold War, so we used him to win the Cold War against the soviets in part economical, in part by internal political struggle of dissident groups fighting against Communism inside the soviet block supported by us, and by their military defeat in Afghanistan, a typical proxy war.
later, after we stationed our forces in Saudi Arabia to fight Iraq war 1 (desert storm) he got pissed at us (infidels) been in his holy soil, so today we have him hating us.

HA, yeah he was the Head, He also was the Speaker of the House of Reps a couple of years ago, but now he is retired from public life but on weekends he is a volunteer Firefighter! sorry mate didnt mean do be rude. but i doubt he was ever part of our CIA.
