i mean that when there is lactose and glucose how is lac operon?!! and when there is lactose without glucose how is lac operon?!!

Lactose binds to a transcription factor which activates the lac operon.
Glucose, however, inhibits the activation of the lac operon.
When they are together the lac operon is inhibited, so no production of the lac enzyme will occur, and the operon is turned off.
