Not sure what 28 USC 2441 is but i believe that in all wars both sides will be doing fudgy grey area stuff. Its all a matter of perspective.

They have all three blatantly violated 2441, in spades. By that definition they have all committed war crimes, and probably will be invited to the World Court in the Hague.

Only of you consider all Democrats who voted yes to sending troops to Iraq war criminals as well. If you consider all Americans who ignored the process and did not protest then to be war criminals as well. How about we through in all Americans who failed to show up and vote at the poll? I do know Nanci Pelosi and Harry Reid should be tried for treason so I guess they are the War Criminals. Oh, They will answer for their crimes those two whackjobs will. Believe that .
