First calculate moles present from the Molarity equation.

M= mol/L
6.0 mol/L = xmol/.006 L
xmol= (6.0 mol/L)(.006 L)
x= .036mol

Then convert moles to grams. The molecular weight of HCl is 36.46 g/mol.

36.46 g/mol | 0.36 mol/1 g| = 1.31 g of HCl in 0.36 mol

Moles = 6*6 millimol = 36 millimol

Grams = 36*36.5 x 10^-3
