I have been extremely stressed out this week... well today is National Pot Smoking Day, Hitler's Birthday, Columbine Anniversary, Virginia Tech shooting happened this week, Nasa Shooting this afternoon, bomb threats, lock downs and weapons in schools across the country, shootings, increased violence in Iraq, corrupt politicians, celebrities cursing their kids out on the phone, people cutting out eathothers fetuses.... It is all just too much....
Oh I forgot a 90 year old woman was stabbed and Miners dies in Maryland.... Horrible!!

If this keeps up at its current rate....I'll have to start *inventing* good news to talk about just to not go crazier. o_O If that makes any sense...
Seriously though....what is it going to take? Something has to give. Probability alone says as much...it is *every bit* as unlikely for everything to go *wrong* all the time, as it is for everything to go *right* all of the time.
So there has to be some good news, some good period, somewhere left in this world.
Hmmm, hold that thought one moment....

I find that if i worry or i am sad about something it often wastes time. instead of being sad or worrying about something/someone/or a past event think about how you can improve your moments right now and protect your life and everyone else's life for the future. Stop acting upon sadness with sadness, and act upon sadness with action
