Ok, say Barry Bonds was the hitter and they have the lefty shift on for him in the infield. Say he hits a fly ball to short right field and the 2nd basemen who's played there because of the shift catches it. would that be considered a pop out to the second basemen, or a fly out to right field?

The second baseman caught the ball, so it would be a pop up or fly out to the second baseman.
