What example have we set? We say we want peace, we kill. We say be a Democracy, yet they see our people devided. We say be a christian except Jesus, yet we kill in his name. What have we become? First we need to look at what we are and what we've become before we fix the world problems. When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. I believe by the time we satnd up and try we will be to weak and to poor to stand a chance.

But now would it surprise you to learn I'm a Lib who believes in NO GUN CONTROL? Or that I vote for the better person not what party he labels him or herself by? So what am I a DEMOREP? I'm not even sure.

America is turning Evil...it is hypocrisy.
One Nation Under God... any God but the Christain one, whose name is banned from schools.

We The people...now have no voice
It is ridiculous. You know the reason for the right to bear arms is so we can overthrow the gov't, if they get out of hand... When is enough enough? The moment that In God We Trust is taken of money, the moment the Under God is taken out of the Pledge of Allegience...I will no longer be an American citizen.
And, what is with us thinking it is okay for us to have a stash of nuclear bombs, and weapons of mass destruction, yet we won't allow anyone else? Cold War flashback?
America is going to the dogs...finally, someone else realizes it.

America is owned by all the other countries in the world, we are in debt up to the wazoo for this never ending war with people who have no values who will strap a bomb to a child and send it out in a public place to kill as many as possible. Much of the people over there are barbaric and the ones who are decient people should be removed to another part of the country and have it designated for valued living, the rest of them who cares at this point. The sad thing is American can't take care of it's own, we have no jobs, no money, no values and yet we are letting all our money and money we don't have go to war. We need to take care of our own first, charity begins at home, why should we rebuild Iraq when we can't build homes for the homeless in America! I don't know what happened to our values, I guess they went out the door in the money grubbing elections, the rich can only run for office because the poor can't afford to yet the poor could do a better job, at least they know what a budget is and ask questions and learn. All you see is political ads not what they can do for us but attacking the other people with who can be the most slanderous. It's disgusting. People won't stand together because they are afraid, and who knows maybe the "group" standing together would now be called terrorists. It's a no win situation. The only way to win is to get a decient president with values, who wants the job not for the money or glory but to truly help the people, and that person would never get elected because the bigwigs would fix the election so they didn't. I think a person off the street could do a better job at presidentcy but they wouldn't want it cause they'd know better.

So you are advocating a new American Revolution? That we need to take up arms against the current government and change it?
Before we take that step, let's try this one. VOTE ALL THE INCUMBENTS OUT. Let's start with a totally new set of House Reps and Senators, and let's let them all know VERY CLEARLY that if they don't take the will of the people seriously, they won't keep the job for long.
There is nothing wrong with the government of America except for the hopelessly greedy and power-hungry people that run it. Taking back our nation starts with taking back the power, and that starts with reminding our elected officials who really holds the power here: We The People.

When we stop taking God for granted and put the 10 Commandments back upon the walls of justice. Without the law of God we are no better than any other heathen nation that kills without remorse.
You shall have no other Gods before Me.
You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain..
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Honor your father and your mother.
You shall not murder.
You shall not commit adultery.
You shall not steal.
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
You shall not covet .

Simple answer to your question
"We the People" have created this America. "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country" JFK. Everytime we watch movies, go to fairs, and go to the beaches instead of voting and keeping an eye on the ball, we fail. Everytime we fail to show our children our patriotism we fail. When we whine because of a war which we failed to stop in the first place, we fail. When you miss your chance to vote or do not participate in elections you can't blame someone else. When we elected lawyers into office we made our first mistake. When we allow things to go on and as a people do not act, then who is to blame? When we see injustice and fail to act we are to blame. When we fail to stand by our country in a time of war, we fail. When we let liberals yell and scream about how they want this country to be, and fail to stick to real values we fail. 'IT IS FREEDOM OF RELEGION - NOT FREEDOM FROM RELIGION". When people attack people of faith who try hard to help other people and have done the most good for the homeless of this country or feed the hungry; then we have lost site of what is really important. When one liberal starts yelling then people are like sheep pulled into the rants from someone who's values are to suck up as much money and attention as possible. This country is slipping down heal because lof iberals. Liberals yelling for tolorance for gays but do not have tolorance for the traditional families. Liberals yelling for gun control not thinking about the only people who gun control will keep guns away from is law abiding citizens. Criminals will still get guns even if you ban them. Liberals yell about global warming and then live a lifestyle burning gas and electricity. SO who do you think blame should be given to? The government is elected by the people. And it seems people are willing to yell and scream after the fact. Where were the war activist before the war? Blame Americans that ignore the world around them. The only people who have contributed to other countries for the sake of freedom is the Government and the soldiers. WE the people have let things go.

We need to get back to the reason this country was founded. Religion. In schools, court houses, during CHRISTmas, "one Nation UNDER GOD, and most importantly at home. God Bless the United States of America, our President and all of our Military Personell stationed around the World.

We are entering a police state and in my opinion we will be a third world country in the next ten years... our ecomony spends more than it makes can't afford future promises... can't afford its war and if the rate of inflation keeps our dollar is gonna be worhless in the near future

We never said we wanted peace, we want safety and security. For that to happen some dangerous people have to be taken care of. Having our people divided is a sign that democracy is working. We have freedom to believe whatever we want, it is only under totalitarian regimes that people are forced to follow one point of view. And, we never said we wanted to be Christian. We don't want to be Christian, we want to have freedom of Religion.
I didn't read the part that didn't have question marks because it looked long and wordy.

The US is not a official Christian nation. We have no national religion. But, anyway I agree with you that we need less killing and more diplomacy. I will vote for the candidate that can help us rebuild our status in the world today.

we go to war to protect ourselves (generaly), if we go to war and we have no one protesting the war then we would look like a bunch of power hungry monsters, if we didnt have anyone promoting the war we'd look like a bunch of panseys. end of story. BALANCE is the key word.
