I call it coke. I live in Louisiana and when you say "coke" it doesn't necessarily mean Coca Cola, it could mean any dark carbonated drinks (or even Sprite) unless you happen to be talking about Coca Cola itself.

I'm from IL and we tend to call it soda here. But my relatives from MO call it pop.

used to call it pop til i got to college and all of my friend thought i was going to the corner to buy pot. even now (10 years later) i still call it soda.
